Ukraine– One More Antisemitic Attack in Zhytomyr
Rabbi Nahum Tamrin and his wife Tzipora were attacked by two skinhead thugs. Rabbi Tamrin, who serves as the General Director of the Association of Jewish Congregations in Western Ukraine, and his wife were walking along abut a hundred meters from the synagogue in the center of Zhytomyr when they were attacked. The thugs hit them hard, especially in the face and head, and ran off. A passerby who saw what was happening quickly alerted the rescue services and the police. The couple was taken to a medical facility where they were treated for their injuries.
