Ukraine– "Hitler the Hero" Taught at a Prestigious School in Kiev

Over the past two weeks a history studies project called "Finding the Good in Adolph Hitler" was conducted at the highly prestigious Pechersk International School in Kiev. Most of the children studying at this school are children of government personnel including all of the Ukrainian President's children. The study included Hitler's racist theory and antisemitic symbols. The wife of President Yushenko, threatened to remove her children from the school if the matter was not looked into and dealt with properly. According to testimony, the children, influenced by this shocking project, greeted each other with "Heil Hitler". The school's Parents' Committee did not voice any objection at all to running this racist project and even claimed that it was important to study this subject.
