Fascist symbols were painted on 24 tombs in the Jewish cemetery of Kaposvár (Somogy County) over the weekend.
Swastikas and arrow-crosses were painted on the tombs, along with crossed-out Stars of David and the sentence "Our homeland is not to be sold!" The same slogan had been painted on a monument in the cemetery two weeks ago, with the same silverish gray colored pain, and Nazi symbols and slogans were discovered in the same cemetery in May of last year.
László Róna, the leader of the local Jewish community, reported the case to the police on Sunday.
