We attach great importance to receiving reports on antisemitic activity throughout the world as close to the incident as possible.
With this form you will be able to inform us about incidents that occurred in your neighborhood/town.
The form comprises a number of fields. The fields for date of incident, country and type of incident are essential for reporting. In the other fields you can choose your own wording.
In order to establish uniform terminology for reporting, following is a legend specifying the various categories of incidents:
Struggle - Outstanding activities in the struggle against antisemites and antisemitism.
Propaganda - Anything said or written against the Jews. (Not including Jewish sites).
Desecration - An attack, on a Jewish site - including vandalism and antisemitic grafitti.
Violent Incident - A violent attack, or attempted attack, on Jews in which the attackers resort to violent means (cold weapons, beatings etc.) only because the victims are Jews.
Harassment - Insults, bullying etc. of Jews only because they are Jews.
Threat - Threatening letters (including e-mail), telephone calls and the like.
