Germany - Prosecution against chairman of Bremen NPD

The Bremen state prosecutor indicted Horst Görmann, the Bremen chairman of the right-wing extremist party NPD, for “incitement of the people”. The 55 year old is charged with publishing a text on Bremen NPD’s website containing insults against Jews in November 2007.
